Husqvarna - Mower list error

Good morning all,

 

Been using the Husqvarna integration for a couple of months without any problems but since a couple of days the mower list gives an error and is unable to detect my mower.

Log in is without any error.

If I login to the mypages from Husqvarna it shows my current registered mower and also the app is functioning fine.

The problem is I can't use my automations anymore to park the mower due to weather conditions for example.

I got the same problem at the same time. I tried to delete it and install it again but got the same error.

Yeah me too, the same problem. Even tried to Remove the mower from account and install again. Still the same.

 

Nobody else is having the issue ?

 

Have 405x model. Dont know if the problem is model based.

I have the same issue. I am using the Husqvarna AM 405X Model. 
I tried to change the credentials but nothing helps. It still says: „Login ok - movers list error“.

Please make a fix possible @fibaro.

    How can we trigger some developer from Fibaro to take a look at this ?

    So, I had a call with someone from husqvarna and we found out that even the no-bluetooth commands doesent work ( bluetooth disabled and cloud on, command for start or stop brings a "unexpected error" ) so I shall go with the mower to servis for diagnostics. So I will take it there tomorrow.

    Do we have a solution to this problem?

    I have the same issue with my HC3 (v5.160) and Husqvarna AM410XE NERA

    In general, you need to write a ticket. In this case you dont need to, as i already did. They know about it,

    Yes, I was in the shop with the mower and they said that the mower is allright. That there has to be a issue with the integration from the plugin.

    The problem seemed to be solved a few weeks ago, but it is here again.

    I think the plugin has authorization problems. I think Husqvarna changed his poilicy regardin the auhtorization. They dont allow anyomre using API only by credentials.. I think i read it somewhere.

    Hello, anyone has solved the issue somehow ? Fibaro doesent seem to answer to this tickets.
