HC3 Zigbee channel changed after environment powerfailure - zigbee devices now disconnected

Question

Posted

Hi,

I am running a Fibaro HC3 on firmware ver 5.160.42 and have aaround 30+ zigbee devices connected via channel 15. After a power-failure in my home, the HC3 is now operating at Zigbee channel 25 but all my previous zigbee devices are shown as disconnected. I was able to restore a previous backup and got back my HC3 at channel 15 and connected to my zigbee devices. However, this backup is old with some of my later devices and QAs not up-to-date.

My question is, how do I configure the HC3 to switch from channel 25 to 15 at my current settings? Is there anyway to force it to channel 15?

Thank you.

did you try to reconfigure device in the Zigbee tab?

Or is it just as mine grayed out?

The reconfigure device option in the Zigbee tab is there but not actionable.

I want to change my Zigbee channel back to 15 and get all my devices working again. It shouldnt be that difficult. Hope a Fibaro developer can show the way,

Channel changes only in one specific situation when the network is initialized for the first time.
So, probably network memory was corrupted during the power outage and was cleared completely.

Restoring the backup may be the only option, if you create a ticket then support can confirm that.

Thanks for the information. Given the information provided about this issue, I have used the backup option and restored the newer devices and QAs manually.
