Can't access Home Center 3

Question

Posted

Hi.
I just moved into a new house that is a bit smarter than I need. The house is set up with a Fibaro Home Center 3 that controls several Z-wave units. After I set up the mesh network two days ago, it is no longer possible to get contact with the hub. When I try to log into Fibaro ID, the device is marked in red and it looks like there is no connection.

Please login or register to see this attachment.

When I took over the home, the network cable was connected directly from the socket in the wall and into the hub. I have tried to use the same set-up, but also to put the cable from the hub in one of the mesh units. Neither part works.

Greatful for all the help. And yes, I've tried to restore the hub, but I'm still stuck.

And hopefully I can find a solution without having to connect the hub directly to a computer, because then I'll have to order a adapter, which takes even longer time.

If you mean by MESH network your WIFI network...than it is probably a internet connection issue...Your gateway got probably some new IP. Try find.fibaro.com in your browser..This should show your gateway in the list. If not, you can try reset the network settings on your hub..Check this manual

Please login or register to see this link.

Also make sure, that the LAN cable you put into gateway is really working. According to the picture it should have LAN connection but you dont have internet connection..Double check your internet.
