Heating season is here - but thermostat vs schedule vs yubii broken

Question

Posted

I am using Remotec 700 radiator head / fully suported in Fibaro.

1. We cant use the thermostat device itself, for changing anything. It is not reflected back to schedule. It doesnt matter what i do here, it is not executed, Neither on the radiator itself nor in the schedule.

Please login or register to see this image.

2. When i chage something in the other view /from this panel

now it is applied to thermostat device, and it s written back to schedule too.

3. And a chery on the cake...Whatever is adjusted in PC, it never shows in Yubii

Sounds a bit familiar, did you install the "Thermostat & Heating Zone" plugin to connect thermostat with the heating zone?

I know this plugin, but i thought this is not needed anymore..IS it?? Strange,,then i will not use this, i will write my own plugin if needed, but i doubt it is needed. It should work without it

It was never forwarded to the zone. Thermostat control makes an override over schedule for specific device only.
If you like to make a change for a whole zone - use zone control.

About the issues you experiencing, with lack of control over the thermostat or issues with aligning the values between the app and hub - we will check it out.

@m.roszak Michael, i meant ofcourse reflecting back to shcedule in a way, that it will show that it is in override mode (for given time), and not edit the schedule..this is clear to me..There are major issues in this matter..I hope these will be solved before the winter struck

So, we checked everything again with exactly the same device as yours with both the 5.162.61 and 2.2.1 app, seems to be working ok.
    Could you confirm?
