Why in HC3, lights dont work from regular tik-tok switch if there is a fault with the connected Relay-Dimmer module??

Earlier with HC2, the lights used to work fine just using switch alone - even if there was a problem/fault with the Fibaro Relay-Dimmer module connected to it.

Now - with HC3 - the light stops working and the switch to operate manually directly - becomes ineffective if the relay-dimmer gets faulty!

Pls advice if there is some setting or parameter to get make lights operable directly by manual switch if relay-dimmer goes faulty for some reason.
