Michael, i know we have had some debates around this topic many times..

May i just ask, is there any chance in the near future, that we will get some more UI controls to quiockapps?

Like this is so medieval what we are doing now..

We need some text input, so user can input some text and i can save it into quickapp variables, or use it in the code elswhere.

And a time/date e picker...would be a game changer..i thikn this is the most annoying, time consuming thing to use workarounds

Discussion about it is live internally, there are no resources to change this in near future but I know that we should improve here.
If I will have some news about it I will let you know.

I'm not a developer, but you should have the possibility to give the QA a personal touch, or ask a developer to change the UI.
