Where is 'soft reconfiguration' in Hc3?

I must be missing something really obvious here, but I can't see the option in UI or swagger?

Soft reconfiguration should be in UI if Z-Wave Engine 2 is used. I do not think it is part of UI if Z-Wave Engine 3 is used.

I do not see that option anywhere, but I am using the 3.0 engine, as per my retailers advice (he suggested it became a viable production version in the last few months), so that probably explains it.

 

Is that just 'still under development' for 3.0 or is it not intended functionality for....reasons?

Any workarounds short of starting again and switching to 2.0?
