Question

Posted (edited)

to change all my security level, i have reinitialized z-wave

for each devices previously included, i did run the zwave exclusion (for fibaro device - clic 3 time) with success

than include the same device with success

but when i look at all the devices already listed in my HC3, i see all the proviously excluded device with a yellow warning

when i want to delete :  i have this message on console

ID 965: NOP sending succeeded. The device has not been removed. Please use Learning Mode to remove it

the device is still there and couldn't be removed

How could i process the definitively remove this device ?

@jluc2808 Try the following:

-Power down all ghost devices / remove batteries

-restart hc3

-click the force delete button for each of the ghost devices one by one

-give the hc3 enough time to execute the process

    all the ghost devices have been excluded before, so there no more physical devices attached to the ghost

    i have restarted the HC3 (reboot LUA)

    when i click on the delete option i get the message posted in my previous post NOP sending succeeded. The device has not been removed. Please use Learning Mode to remove it

    it's about 36 hours than i tried to delete without success
