New Yubii app (Android) no longer connecting beyond wifi (old app remains working correctly)

Question

Posted

The 'new' Yubii app on my Android phone now only connects when I am on a wifi network yet the old app works on wifi or mobile network. The original 'ols' app still remains working correctly inside or outside my home network.  I am thinking of uninstalling the 'new' Yubii to hopefully fix this but is there a way to save all the configurations I've made to have the Yubii app set as I want it? Alternatively, is there a way to get the new app working again beyond my home network?

The new app works as intended with both local wifi and mobile networks for me. Theres no problem at all. At least for me.

I have the same problem, Only works on wifi.

I think I used my local pasword. Maybe it is needed to have the global ?

Could someone confirm this, please.

You need to use Fibaro ID to login to mobile app to work outside the local network.
