Home Center local list empty

Question

Posted

Hello everyone,

Since last update I do not see my home center on the Home Center local list. I have to enter it with the IP address. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have HC 3 device.

@XiaoTu Have you tried with the remote connection(fibaro ID) and check the network settings?

@Brors94 I can enter my HC with remote access and it is visible correctly, I see in the settings both LAN and WiFi connection is working ok, and looks exactly same as usually. I also see in my router that HC is connected correctly:

and if you try to enter the IP of the HC3 lan (192.168.8.1) or wifi (192.168.8.105) you do not get the login screen?

@Brors94 I can with 192.168.8.105 or with 192.168.8.173 (this IP is provided in router app as HC IP address). 192.168.8.1 moves me to my router login page. But the guy from Fibaro who configured the system told me to use

web page, and using this link I can login but do not see HC.

ah the .1 was a typo from me, ment .102*

You can use the ip of the hc or the web page, it is the same thing. It is somthing in your router settings that dosent alow the website to see the HC in the find.fibaro if it dosent show the HC there.

Since you can access it with the IP

you can also use the serial number to access it insted of the IP
