Venetian Blind Mode - setting back of slat position

Hi all

 

I like to request (again) the option "do not set back slat angle" to parameter 153 of the roller shutter logic. This would really be much, it would support the following use cases:

- control blind position and slat angle independently (using built in features)

- run the blinds down and fully closed from any previous setting by just one click on "close" manual button.

Yes, there are some work arounds, but they require custom coding on the control device.

This is a long lasting request for Fibaro. They dont really addressed any importance to it. among other suggestions.

Use shelly modul. It has this feature i think.

+1 from me...
I actually broke a blind (that is over a door because of this)...
When the blind is raised fully it does not touch the door, but the "slat" is adjusted when I opened the blind,
it lowers the whole thing just enough to touch the top of the door. So as I went to open the door it broke a few pins that hold the actual slats in place.

Now I have some custom code that sets the slat position to 100% if the blinds are opened to more than 80%.
