Weird Behaviour after power cuts

Question

Posted

Not sure if somone else has faced this.

I have noticed that SOME of the roller shutters will open when the power comes back after a power cut. It is not consistent...meaning not with every power cut and not every roller shutter.

Anyone has a clue why this happens? Or at least how to mitigate this please?

I am using Fibaro HC3, Roller Shutter 3

@Nanis

I have had the experience that sometimes during a power outage the calibration gets messed up and for example 2 out of 10 rolls cannot be controlled in one direction. Just run the calibration and everything works normally.

The cause has not been found yet (other than the power outage).

    Thank you very much @Martin_N. I was going crazy with this as it happened twice...was scared as one of those is the garage door..terrified to find it wide open! Will calibrate all then.
