Cant Add device to HC3

Hi All,

 

Has anyone come accross this issue before? 

 

 I cant add devices to my HC3?

 

When I hit add.. the console says: HC2 not primary controller which I've never seen before and then it wont find any devices in adding mode. After time out then I get "unable to start adding process"

A trace message with “HC2” when trying to add a device on your HC3. That is odd. Do you actually have a HC2?

nope... certainly not a HC2

 

I agree... very odd..
