HELP! Permanent reboot of my HC3, maybe caused of permanent Meshnet reconfiguration

Question

Posted
This morning my HC3 was "frozen" and no reaction of any of my components.
As I rebooted the system it started but after about 3 minutes it did a reboot again and this is happen till now - constantly rebooting.
I was on the latest beta firmware 5.172.23 for about 4 weeks.
I set it back to the previous version 5.170.16 via recovery mode but the behaviour is still the same :-(
Attached you'll find a screenshot of the "History window" where you can see, that the system ist doing a Meshnet reconfiguration every 20 oder 30 seconds.
Also in the Log window is just this here prompted:
[07.05.2025] [09:41:00] [TRACE] [ZWAVE]: Opening port
[07.05.2025] [09:41:00] [TRACE] [ZWAVE]: Initializing Z-Wave

[07.05.2025] [09:42:44] [TRACE] [ZWAVE]: Z-wave start

May anyone could help me or have a hint/tip?

I issued also a ticket for Fibaro Support #353986.

It seems to be a problem with communication with ZW chip (Z-Wave engine restarts), probably nothing to do with Mesh reconfiguration.

Support will check in logs whats happening.

I figured out, that when I go down to 5.160.42 via restore of backup it works fine.
When I go back to the latest backup-version it crashes again.

    Hello,
now I found why the system is doing that all the time and give you the details to check this bug at your firmware.
The simple thing was, that my Shelly Qubino Wave Shutter (old Firmware 12.13) was in an error state "Power supply fault (power supply 230 V AC frequency or 24 V DC voltage fault) ", I saw it at the LED on the device. OK this could happen from z-wave devices and should not kill the whole HC3 system. As I reset this error (Power of, Power on) this error was gone and also the HC3 starts again.

So the conclusion is, that, with such a simple error of a device (I don't know whats happen on the z-wave channel), the whole system crashes.
And here I found it, because of looking which component wasn't included in the old running backup and firmware.
For me it is a big issue and bug of the HC3 that the whole system crashes and no error message oder something that could help users to find such a problem. When I think I or other customers had to do such a research with a lot of z-wave components it would be horror and pain. So may you could give this information to your firmware colleagues to check if the system could be hardened oder give debug possibility to prevent this for the future?
