HC3 Model - 5.172.23 (BETA) - Not reading my FQAX file

I extracted my FQAX file and tried uploading it to my HC3 Model and it gave me an error 500. My HC3 IP Address is not typical - 192.168.0.15, could my IP be the issue? Older files used to be FQA file format and now it has changed to FQAX, has anyone had an issue like this with FQAX format, no programs that i launch with the FQAX format work for me and gives me error 500. On HC3 Model i want to launch Energy Spot Price v2.2 . If anyone has had this problem feedback would be greatly appreciated.

No problems with installing from the encrypted install files. 
 

The open source type install files have the .fqa extension, the encrypted have the .fqax extension.
