HC2 to HC3 migration - no response from Support

I have an Home Center 2, not starting at all, the lights are blinking and lights on, except the last one...

I bought a Home Center 3 with idea to migrating, but when I start the procedure, the source device cannot be selected, bc its not online. In some previous questions in the forum I understand, that the Support must give me the permission to use previous cloud backups as source. I wrote a mail to Support, they opened a ticket almost 5 days ago... and since then NOTHING. How "soon" is "We will get in touch with you soon." Is it normal that kind of delay? I try to phone them, but several times were waiting  2-3 min with just music. Is there any Support left?

I once was on hold for 20 minutes. Call wait is normal as they can be pretty busy with the users that called before you.

    Thank you, Jakub, I was more persistent and finally (after 10 min of music) was able to communicate with them. The problem solved.

    Do you know what the issue was?

    I don't know, when I was able to connect with Support by phone, the guy kindly resolve my problem by entering their system and look at the ticket, which was created by email 5 days ago (with no answer yet). He didn't explain me why was the delay.
