Are negative and zero tariffs not allowed in the energy panel?

Haven't noticed it before, but zero or negative energy tariff are very common and I can't get them in the Energy Panel.

One other thing I was also thinking about when reading this post is the return rate. 

My price is a combination of grid cost + hourly spot price, lets set 0.4Nok and 0.6Nok. So if i buy 1kWh it will kost 1 Nok. 

But if I sell 1 kWh with solar production I will get 0.02Nok for the grid and 0.6Nok for the spot price. So the "Return rate" wont work/be acurate. 

So would love to have the possebility to set 1 price for when I buy and 1 for when i sell for each hour/quarter.

True, there was a request to add 15 minutes blocks so we did it
We should allow also using 0 and negative values, that right. I will report it.

I didn't even know negative (or zero) wasn't possible. Negative prices are there since years now.
