HC3 Z-Wave firmware update devices asking for file

I’ve helped quite a few people with their HC3 installations and configurations, but I’ve never come across this before.

 

Some of the connected devices are asking for a firmware update, but instead of pulling it from the internet, they’re requesting a file.

Has anyone seen this, and how do you fix it? Or where to find those files?
