Alarm does not execute scene

I try to execute a scene that sends a push notifcation to my mobile phone when the Alarm is executed.

 

The scene is working fine when I execute it manually, but it does not get executed via the Alarm panel. 

 

I have added the scene in the Alarm Pane to execute after 0 seconds after an alarm. It shows me on the top right corner that it gets triggered via the alarm, but the scene does not get triggered.

The scene is on "automated" with a trigger "other".

The checkbox to continue to execute the scene during alarms is activated, too.

 

Any idea how to fix it?

Long ago I used HC2 but should there be  in properties:

%% autostart?

Here is header of my scene that was working in the past and I didn't change its code after I deactivated it in alarm panel:

So, no autostart, no included global variables or devices to trigger the scene. It should be triggered only by alarm panel.

So I suggest that you remove global Zentral from header and do not check it as source trigger, but when scene is started by alarm panel just do the action of sending notification.

There is also another scene which practically do the same, but it is triggered by devices instead of alarm panel:
