Question

Hello.

I'm struggling by connecting my HC3 via local network. I have remote access only.

Checked quickly - thi HC3 IP address is visible in a router admin page. I can connect by remote access:

The issue is with local access:

HC3 and Laptop are in the same network.

Tried to connect with IP in the pbrowser, but fail.

Is there something changed in between? I do not login to HC3 very often.

Just today added new Nice Gate opener via mobile, but being logged remotely I cannot update firmware.

Any ideas?

I would check that all devices are on the same network and then clear the browser cache.

I'm having the same problem, something has definitely changed.  Whenever I try and connect directly on the same network, it fails to connect.  I find that if I reboot the HC, I can connect but usually only once.  As soon as the login times out, back to square one.

Try to check via different means to detect IP adresses, like

Please login or register to see this link.

. It will show everything on the network. For Fibaro you will need to ac:17:02: .... in the start of MAC adress.

Check network settings in the PC, Public vs private network. It may filter out DNS or YUBII discovery attempts. Also, you can try to log in from remote and check IP adress. You could copy the IP address and try to put in in the browser URL if its reacheable.

Also you could check your network settings if it is in the same range as Home Center.

It may be the certificate.  I've just tried re-downloading that.  See how we go

If you haven’t fixed this yet, try accessing the system via Remote Access. You will find the IP Address in Settings> Gateway Connections.
