Scenes work only half the time

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello! I’ve had Home Center 3 for a few years. There are some things that have never worked well in my setup, and one of them is scene activation. I can only make it work around half of the time or less. For example: I have a profile that simply turns off all lights. Sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Even when activating the scene via the website, when clicking on «run», the lights turn off about 50% of the time, with seemingly no reason behind it. Sometimes I will try again suggestions I find online for these cases, I can get it to seemingly work for a while. I have assigned a switch in the hallway that activates the profile (see image), sending a push message as a confirmation. When pushing the button it also works sometimes, but most times not. The push message gets sent, but the lights do not go off.

Any suggestions on what I could try?

I have had this issue with most profiles/scenes I try to make.

And it’s been like this for a couple of years, and occasionally I have tried to fix it, with the kind support people from Thermofloor in Norway on the telephone line, but with no progress.

Current software: 5.180.17
