Entry/Exit Delay audible warning

Question

Posted

Looking for some suggestions to what others have done regarding the times of Entry and Exit Delays on the Alarm.

How do you warn someone that the Entry Delay has been triggered when they open a door or something else that's breached the Alram Zone?

I'm unable to see how I can issue an audible warning like a beeping to remind someone to disarm the alarm before it goes off.

Are there devices to do this, or can you do it on a device used as a monitor (like I have an iPad Mini on the wall)?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks. Dave.

    I've found a solution.

I have an internal Siren for the Alarm and I can set different sounds and volumes through that.

There's no template for the device, but I found the sounds and parameters for it so I can use that.

    Thanks for the help.

    Dave.
