Is Fibaro cloud down?

Logging page returned a few minutes ago but my HC shows not available.

As neighbor of Fibaro yes cloud is down I shout to them, no answer they are back to their home I believe.

Facing the same issue across India. This is since yesterday (12 Dec'25) evening. No resolution yet.

Sad to see such downtime, Fibaro used to be one of the most stable systems.

same in sydney australia , cant access system remotely and use mobile app,

this has happen before and its like they only have to flick a switch but it takes for ever

Same thing here in New Zealand. Server down since 12 DEC 2025 and still not connecting. Contacted Fibaro support and no response

Been having issues for the last few days here in Australia too. Unable to use app to get access to my HC2. Just tried again and is fixed now 👍

Is the cloud down at the moment? I'm having issues connecting and triggering scenes. I'm on v 5.200.13
