Hi,
I have a roller shutter 3 and it was working perfectly for moe than 1 year. Suddenly I noticed the scenes that run it are not working. Tried to exclude and include again but it is not allowing me to re-include. I tried to reset it to factory settings many times.
Many times, after I rpess the B button till I get to the yellow light then press once, I never get the red light (which shows successful reset) afterwards.
Finally, once i was able to reset it. Now I am trying to add it again. I start the inclusion. I click the B button 3 times but it does not get added and i notice that the light is blinking yellow for a long time and then it changes to red and turns off.
Any one facd this before please? What is the solution?
Or does this mean it is faulty and I should replace it?
I am on HC3 and latest updates.
