Reporting disabled, yet the device sends the reports

Guys, can someone tell me what else can one do, to disable some reportings in devices??
1. implant - is set all possible reportings parameters to disabled -> we still getting temperature reports from an implant (that has not any sensor even connected) and both internal and external temperature sensor reportins have been disabled
2. rgbw modul (but some other too) , we turned off every possible paramater referring to energy or power reporting -> se still getting rpeorts from the device

    Delete the device, it will stop reporting 😂

    Yeahh i would..but by customer would freeze to death.. :-)
