Question

Hi,
I have a Nice controller which has been working fine for ~3 years. I bought a ibt4zwave module and I was able to open the gate using my mobile / voice commands. During these 3 years, the gate worked without optical sensors, so I asked a technician to install them .. It works fine, except the IBT4ZWAVE module stopped to work - I can't open the gate using my mobile device using Yubii Home application.
I use Fibaro home controller for this. I want to check the hardware setup first. This is how I tried to reinitialize the module:
1. I have unplugged the controller from power (using circuit breaker)
2. Removed the module from the device
3. Switched on the circuite breaker
Now I can see, the module green light flashes 9 times, than blue LED indicator flashes 2 times.
It looks like Fibaro is able to communicate with the module. I have reinicialized the module:
1. Removed the module from UI
2. Added the module (pushed button 3 times)

I can see, the module in the UI, but when I send request to open the gate, I can see this error in the console:

Not sure what's going on here .. When I try to read READ the configuration form the device, it looks like it's working ..
Anyone has seen this before?
Thank you,
Juraj
