Is it possible to connect both S1 and S2 on Homekit version. Since there is noted that: „S2 - terminal for 2nd switch (not used at the moment)“, but on next page there is diagram with double wall switch connection. I want to connect fan and lights in bathroom. I would like to one button to switch load to fan and 2nd button to trigger homekit action and toggle lights. Is it possible?
Hello, Instead of switching a resistive load, like switching a lamp on or off, I would like to use the Single Switch (FGBHS-213) to generate, via Apple's Homekit, a 5V DC signal (HIGH/LOW), e.g. to interface it with a momentary push button operating at this low DC voltage or to generate a signal for a microcontroller. Therefore, instead of sending out via the Q terminal the 230V AC, I would like to switch via the relay in the FGBHS-213 a 5V signal. Is this at all possible? Or does the unit by default output on Q only the mains 230V AC that is fed into L? In other words, can I use the L and Q terminals of the relay and connect them with 5V/GND of a DC circuit instead? Thanks for you advice.
i am curious to know the voltage used to control the S1 terminals. With a meter it reads around 30V. If it is not 240VAC then connecting the control could be done with much lower specification cable and the switch could be remote from the control point (i.e. Termination Frame). This would resolve Bluetooth communication issues? Does anyone know what this connection is?
