  1. Hello everyone, I already opened a support ticket for this problem about 20 days ago. But nobody at fibaro is responding. I wanted to do a soft reconfiguration and I can't cancel this on the "Cancel" button. Is there any other way to remove this as "root"? Thanks in advance. Cu, Speedoxx007

  3. Hi, I started a reconfiguration on a device that it turned out was the result of a failed inclusion. I can't remove/exclude the device, a force delete/remove doesnt work A backup, reboot and even a FW upgrade doesnt stop this It is stuck in a reconfig loop and as such I cannot reconfigure another device as it will queue device as follows any thoughts ? Thanks -f
  4. Hi, Strange one I reconfigured the Master device for my HEM and it seemed to work okay I then clicked the edit for the master to find the slaves and the spinning blue balls started and are still running 15 minutes later. I tried the usual things close/open/new browser, clear cache and it still the same. The HC2 is still running fine, I just cant get to the web ui I'm trying to resist the urge to force a reboot and was wondering if anybody has other suggestions Thanks
