  1. I've seen this question more on internet, but can't find a sollution. I try to change the user-id and password of the superuser/admin-account. After starting the wizard and entering the new login credentials, I get the screen that a verification code is sent to my e-mail. However, how long I wait, I still don't get any verification code nor in my inbox nor in my spambox.
  2. After having to purchase a new HC2 (as I tried to create rackmount brackets for my old one, screwed them into the side of my old HC2 and broke a component of (partially) one of the circuit boards! DUH! Can this be repaired??), I am now trying to walk through the HC Wizard. Step 1 (Firmware upgrade) was successful Step 2 - Update Account (Given credentials will replace the default login and password for local admin account) fails to email me a verification code (no spam being received, no nothing! Any ideas? Many thanks!
  3. Please, can someone tell me the email account the Verification Code is sent from when you follow the wizard to create a Fibaro account. My ISP must be blocking this address and I need to ask them to release. Thanks Brent
