new update 1.044 for upgrade V3

Upgrade to Beta software cannot be reversed by standard software upgrade procedure. The only way to come back to official software is to use Recovery Mode, then use backup and upgrade to official software version. It is highly recommended to create backup file before attempting to install Beta software.

After update to Beta software all devices will be automatically reconfigured to work with new system architecture. Reconfiguration progress will be shown in pop-up window.

WARNING! After that update all scenes and users will be deleted. Admin password will be reset.

If this update lasts longer than 10 minutes, please go to main HC2 address (e.g. 192.168.0.1).

If "System temporarily unavailable" text will appear during update, please wait - you will be redirected to the main page when all services start.

Additional issue with me (fresh Fibaro HC2 out of the box):

After upgrading 1.038 -> 1.040 -> 1.044 -> 3.311: I have issues logging into the website from iphone, ipad, mac OSx. The login button won't work 38 out of 40 times.

Very annoying.

To be more exact after further testing. It seems to be an issue with the safari based browser. I have no issues using this on Windows with IE,FF and Chrome.

When using it in FF on Mac OSx, it also works. Yet translations are more then once off.

After the upgrade I can't add devices. I reverted back to previos versions, did a reset z-wave, factory defaults and another recovery and full fresh install, but still can't add devices. My HC2 rendered useless now

I cant login to home center with an IPAD. When i click on the login button nothing happens

Here some bugs with fw 3.311

1) SF812 smoke detector does not figured as sensor, but as actuator. Device Kind "Unknown".

2) Casually loosing of connection for devices that worked well.

3) ST814 no longer working after some hours (before was working)

4) FGS221 V. 1.4 no configurations parameters

5) AN158 recognised as AN157. No energy / not working measurement.

6) Aeon Labs energy meter not working

7) ASR-ZW boiler actuator recognized as thermostat but is an actuator. HRT4ZW now working yet.

8) Armed / disarmed buttons not traduced in italian

9) In scenes, no Armed / disarmed condition is working

10) No longer possibility to set notifications for status changes of single device.

You have the same problem as me: The Everspring ST814 is no longer working after some hours.

Is it possible to temporarily go back to FW 1.043 and when there is a update for the Beta Firmware, return to the Beta?

Aeon labs multi sensor dosen't work correctly.

This version is a ALPHA not BETA !!!!!!! lot of BUG et nothing work correctly.

The good points are:

- Scene run very very fast.

- Web interface more responsive.

- Zwave more responsive.

+ is there any HTTP integration support on 3.311? as on 1? It was usefull to execute commands through my mobile

I have restored to FW 1.044 but now I don't see FW 3.311.

Is this normal? And how can I see the upgrade to the beta again?

The active menu in scenes is not working in IOS/safari browser. If you try to add a new scene from an iPad for instance, the menu selection just disappears. Works ok on a PC with IE9.

Having waited all these months for yet another unfinished firmware beta/alpha i give up. I really do.

This shiny box of aluminium is going back to the retailer along with a complaint about the product even being sold in its current form.

Disaster since launch.

- IOS App Fibaro doesn't react anymore.

- Unable to login in webinterface from iPad

- When will the Aeon Labs MultiSensor be supported by the HC2.

- DNS record is set to file and unable to change that.

i cannot confirm this with ipad 2 and chrome. perhaps safari is the problem. but isn't chrome also "safari" (webkit) ?

I have sometimes issue with using the button but it always works when using enter.

Fibaro,

Is there a tracking wiki in which people can launch bugs or keep track of the bugs so we do not have to read through all of these pages to see if we're posting duplicate issues?

It would be great to have such a place. Also some of the more knowledgable users could perhaps even help the fibaro crew in telling them were certain issues might be so it'll speed up troubleshooting and fixing issues.

Issues I still have:

- Logging in issues with Safari (MAC OSx, iPad, iPhone)

- Issues with page rendering in Google Chrome (windows). I have to switch tab's often back and forward to prevent shifted graphics and pagelayout.

- Configuration, LAN Settings, DNS field shows the word file and it can't be changed.

- User access panel has removed the "Super Admin, Admin, User" options and now only has stupid fine grained clickables. Either implement group structures or put these usergroups back. Having over 20 devices makes it impossible to click through all the added users.

- Following up on the User Access Panel, this issues also caused me to get only blank screens accessing my Fibaro from the "home.fibaro.com" website. It _seems_ to be incompatible with the beta.

- Scenes: The device does not respond on open/closed changes of the Fibaro FGK101 room/window sensor?

- too many losses of contact during normal operation. It seemed that the brief experience I had with 1.044 didn't have this (communications issues mainly with FGK101 devices.

My DNS IP Address now reads "file" and I can't change it to an IP address

My IP Camera no longer displays images. Just has a small "No Entry" sign top left
