Integrate HC2 and Satel Integra

Hi!

I'm trying to integrate my HC2 with Satel Integra Alarm with ETHN-1.

When I try to add the Satel panel in HC2, I don't see what port to enter and which user code I should enter.

The only thing I get is 100+ dead nodes...

I think i have figured out the way to have satel alarm panel work with Fibaro Door sensors

First of all

On the DloadX outputs data i had put the output number 64 as Fibaro with function BI switch and triggering zone 25

what i have noticed is that at the bottom of the screen i saw a comment NO OUTPUT ......

so i have moved the output to a number where i saw module:main Board......

then i have used 3 scenes

one to arm the sensors when ARMED is ON OR FULL ARMED switch is on

one to disarm sensors when ARMED is OFF AND FULL ARMED switch OFF

then one last scene that will cause the satel alarm to trigger

If safe and breached one of the door sensors then TURN ON the Bi-switch output

That switch output belongs to zone Fibaro that i have created in dloadX and i have used the type entry exit with 30sec delay

i have armed the house and when i opened my kitchen door satel alarm started beeping.....

i have also tried to arm the house with the door opened and as soon as fibaro tried to arm the sensor i got 2 push notifications and an e-mail ....

good info guys! ive just moved into my new house and im in the process of wiring everything up now.

quick question with regard to the 2 tamper switches in the enclosure, does each tamper switch require its own zone? Can someone explain how they are wired in?

Hopefully someone can help me with a specific Satel Integra question.

I have APT-100 keyfobs with my system used to arm/disarm the alarm. I am told i can use the same keyfobs to control (open close) my garage door. Can anyone shed any light on how i might go about doing this?

ok no problem

i think that you must have confused some things as i was for many many days

in your satel alarm panel using the DloadX software you have to name some outputs

sheehhs this is a bit difficult to explain

Hi Christos

I have set it up in exactly the way you have but the system keeps cycling the door sensor from arm to disarm and the (Armed / 21:Armed Status) switch cycles also. I'm short of time this week so I will have a play around later.

An Integra - ETH-1 question:

I have previously been able to connect over the network via the ETHM-1 using dloadx no problem. But now all of a sudden i am unable to connect. I can still connect via the guardx software though. when i connect the window comes up saying it has connected, and the ETHM-1 module version then it says 'Receiving Data'. Put it just doesn't go any futher than that and actually connect to the integra panel. It seems like it is recieving data as the dots (.....) blink on and off, but ive left it for ages and it doesn't go any further. has anyone ever come across this? is there a setting somewhere im missing? I can connect via RS-232 serial, and have downloaded all the settings and identifiers from the panel and checked everything 10 times. But when i go back to connect via network it won't work.............anyone that can help? its driving me crazy!

If anyone has any Satel Integra issues please let me know. I can try help as ive spent a lot of time programming and setting up my own system which is now all up and running.

Do we need to create a zone called Fibaro inside the Satel Partition Fibaro ?

I have a strange behaviour, When I arm a device trough the fibaro interface, the Fibaro partion in the Satel ARMS... Strange

but When I disarm it trough the Fibaro interace, the Satel partition doesn't disarm and when breached, The alarm sound.

Is there any official instruction somewhere ?

After the update to latest beta 4.018 the Satel integration stopped working.

I tried also to start and reconfigure the alarm integration from the scratch...no luck!

All the parameters were correct, the partition "fibaro" was present but not detected (yellow triangle).

My concern is that after almost one year the manual is still.... a dream.

When I asked it I get back the answer "available soon"....

It's a nightmare, so many people loosing countless hours to try every possibilities in the hope to find one that works... so mony time lost, for each of them !

Just because Fibaro canot take the time, once, to write a simple manual and take some screenshots.

Is it so difficult ? I'm sure I can do it in two hours ... when knowing the right parameters.

That's not the way to make happy customers Mr Fibaro !

When someone ask me what I think of Fibaro, my response is: it's nice but be prepared to loose countless hours because there is NO manual... reading forums, trying, error, reading, trying...

Hi - i was hoping you all might be able to help me with my Satel Integra. I got the system working last year on the test bench with help from this forum but ever went as far as installing it. I have since moved house and got out the Integra to instal it but I have had to start agian and i now cant connect DloadX programme to the ETHM modudule. I know there are problems with getting it to work with the HC2 but that is not the issue at the moment, I just want to manage to communicate over ethernet. 
 
As i mentioned I set this up last year and got it going but i cant remember all the settings i used.
 
I will be happy to send over any screenshots that will help to troubleshoot 

What i have done so far:

• Manually set the IP for the module.  
• Set this ip as the DLoadX server.
• Checked the boxes for external modem,answering modem, modem isdn,gsm,ethm

 

I have stopped the downloading function from the keypad to disconnect the usb connection to the panel then try the DloadX->ETHM opton, it comes up with connecting briefly then says disconnected.

 

I haven't done anything with identifiers.
 
I'd really appreciate some help.

UPDATE 2:

I have added the DloadX identifier i found on the keypad to the DloadX Key field in the Structure->Hardware->ETHM section of the Dloadx software.

 

Now i get the error when i try to connect that 'panel is not ready'

Just to make sure did you check that you have the same identifiers on the dloadX software with that on the panel??

 

seems that the integra is waiting for the correct identifier and rejects the connection....

Thanks for the reply. Yes - the identifiers here are the same as highlighted in the attachment.

 

I have also attached image of the error showing 'Panel not ready' and that after trying this the panel shows trouble with the external modem in the 'Troubles' screen.
