Qubino smart meter

Question

Hello,

I just buy a qubino smart meter, and seems to work fine in HC2 web interface but in mobile interface we can't see correct, any help?

I've contact Qubino and they say is Fibaro fault.

Hi!

 

device mounted to DIN but doesn't work.

it passes phases from "in" to "out", my house has all 3 phases, but device - no LED status and totally off

It seems that you did not connect your neutral properly.

so if the Blue one is your neutral connect it to the N Port with number 10.

thank you for the reply, but

RED / BLUE / GREEN - connected to 1 /4 /7  

10 - yes, it's N (wire has lack of isolation) (pure) BLACK

Ok. I was confused about the Blue indication on the wire connected on port4.

can you check it against an one wire installation?

our countrty is one of ex-Soviet Union republic... so, we fall heir to all the problems of the old country...

so, in our country, we are marked N - as solid (pure) color and colored (red/green/blue/etc) as phases

I know Pripyat from my visit in the zone, but there where no colored cables :D

so I learned  something new today.

perhaps you can a doa :(

 

In the siio.de Forum i was talking to someone with the same Problem as all 3phase Qubino users have.

he called the Fibaro support who stated that the Basic functions have to work out of the Box.

but that is definitly not true. It is not working. Even with 4.511.

@Konopka can you please tell the developers?

Did you guys contact Qubino?

It should also be in their interrest to get the device working on as many z-wave gateways as possible.

Probably something is wrong with the device itself.

 

keep us updated please. I'm waiting since almost a year for the 3 phase smart meter.

But after reading all this I don't want to buy it an pay my electrician to mount it.

 

Edit: note from a german forum, maybe someone wants to try. Answer from qubino support :

At this moment our 3phase smart meter is not properly integrated into the fibaro HC gateway. As such we cannot guarantee full compatibility between the 2. What you can try to do is to enable multichannel association lifeline. It can be set by setting multichannel association group 1 to node id 1.

 

@10der: your device seems broken, as others have at least values shown on the device display.

    I can test it monday. We were supposed to get stock today but DHL postponed till monday, so as soon as I get it I will test again.

    But last time there was no support for it. Qubino knows about it and they apparently tried to contact Fibaro (abviously they want it to sell, so they will try to implement) and from Fibaro I got answer "forget about it, use Aeotec instead" :D Seems like solution, mostly when Aeotec is not perfectly supported :D

    wow. just read the whole string, but there seems to be a mix of topics.

     

    the original thread started with a problem displaying the power consumption of the qubino smart meter in the app. did anyone solve it? i have the same issue... 

     

    also, i don't see any power consumption entries in the event log. even though the 'save logs to event panel' option is selected... 

    anyone see this same issue? are they related?

    got same problem with this device that is not showing right values, i tried a lot of settings but it dont work..... Fibaro has to some fix but dont looks like they are gonna to do a fix about it.

    Might be selling my energy meter becuase all power mesaurements are also adding to all other one. If Fibaro could make a option that we could do a minus to all other measerements would be perfect...

     

    About not configured device do as follow:

    Have u enabled multichannel association? If not this is how you do it. First check on wrench icon of root node.

    Then advance

    Associations

    First endpoint, first group and then tick M box, square with s and M tick boxes.

    Save

    So wait some minutes then it shows watts kwh on root node.

     

    Also enable on of the relay controls (looks like switch on HC2)

    set parameter 100 value 1 = exclude and reinclude meter.

    After enabling the relay the meter is starting reporting values.-

    Does anybody know if this issue has been solved?

     

    I Purchased and installed the 3 phase meter but can't seem to get the Watt's or Amperes reported on HC2. I've tried the reporting with Domoticz on a Raspberry Pi and that works brilliantly... Fibaro, please solve this issue as I'm going to need to swap platforms now, there is no alternative for the Qubino 3 phase meter. Thank you.
