Question

Hello all,

I just bought a few new Dimmer 2's. I found it strange that there is no device template loaded after adding them to homecenter, but I do see the parameters. Is there a way to make this possible? (see first screenshot)

My other (older dimmers) have a template loaded, (see the second screenshot).

Regards,

Stefan.

    Hi @gandhy77,

I included them near HC2 and then installed on place. I did that when HC2 was on older firmware.

    Hi Sankotronic,

Yes I did that too. But my new added dimmers do not have a template. I really cannot find out why...

    Hi @gandhy77,

On what firmware version is your HC2? Did you try to exclude dimmer 2 that has no template and then include again?

Fibaro has latest firmware 4.130. I have not tried to exclude and include the device. Do you think this helps?

    Hello,

Definitely re-include them. Make sure that nothing interfere your network connection.
