I tried to ask Fibaro support for a fix many many times, but it does not help, so I was hoping we all can put printscreen of the temperature jumps that trigger fire hazard here, so we can see how big this issue is. I recently had a big problem with that when my customer had to travel 400 km just because of the false alarm, so it is really a big trouble sometimes.

If you have any, please post it here. If you dont know about them, check your temperature panel history and you will see them.

Four month ago I had the same issue with Fibaro smoke sensor (momentary increasing to ~100 deg, false fire alarm). Right after that I bought Netatmo Welcome Camera - only to be able to see what's happens in my house in real time ;D

    Today was a nice and quite day, only two "Fire hazard warnings" from the customers system. But the one goes to 120, thats record, we could boil the water there.

    Hello guys!

    @HomeSystem.sk, @reject, @Bodyart, @10der, @askpc

    If you still have our Smoke Sensor and this Some Sensor has a firmware version at least 3.2 (FGSD-002 firmware 3.2 – 3.3) or other sensor which are capable of being added in a security mode.

    Please try to re-add it in this secure mode. This should decrease the number of false reports.

    Please observer whether this improves the situation or not.

    Thanks Srodka, I always recommend this to customers. But as I mentioned, customer had temp jump on many different sensors, so it wont help all :/

    @askpc, and this device was added in security mode?

    It doesn't happen a lot, but when it happens it is annoying...

    On my network, about 0.01% of all reports report a temperature above 45 degrees. That's on average I'd say 2 events per months. I've had this issue for years.

    Anybody surprised how low that number is? I had an idea, but still my best guess was off by an order of magnitude... I probably thought it was higher, because it causes "a certain level of distress".

    Here's a detailed report of all my sensors, !!! marks high temperature:

    So we should disable the temperature function and use only the smoke sensor in the device. May be also a solution for my problem, as

    support isn´t answering any more per email. As Im not using the HC, I can´t provide any screenshot.
