Question

Hello guys (and girls),

I'm getting critical messages in my Fibaro home center 3. Running sw 5.020.60 .

The unit has added just fine and works perfect.

It is a qubino flush shutter, wich I have a few more.

What can I do to solve the error (see screenshot).

Thanks for all suggestions in advance!

Regards...

  • Thanks for the overwhelming replies. After updating the Homecenter to 5.021.38, the problem is solved.

I had several of the voltage drop errors and "reduce dimming level" on fibaro dimmers with HC3

(This was not present on HC2)

So far I just dimmed the light a little and it stopped.

Maybe some parameter changed in exclude/include process ??

  • Thanks for the response,

I can understand the error message at a dimmer (when it is active). My device is a roller shutter, so it should stop when it is fully opened or fully closed.

Can I adjust some parameters to resolve this issue? The parameter of the device or in HC3?

Another question: is this dangerous, can it cause a fire or something?
