Gates do not show in mobile app

I have HC2 and Aeotec Gen5 garage door controller. Gate controller shows up in web interface, but not in the app. Have tried with both Android and iOS apps. Any explanation or solution?

if you are not logged in as an administrator on the phone, but as another user, you have to log in as an administrator in the web browser.

Then select settings, under 7.access, by user click on Manage access & under Devices select or enable the device you dont see. Save the settings & click on Synchronize, then try it out on the phone.
