HC3 freezes

Hi,

I replaced HC2 with HC3 recently. I can´t add new  devices and when i trying reboot then it freezes.

What could be wrong?

Hello
I also had this problem.
It was because of the first firmwhare it was true.
After I switched to the latest (5.021.38), the problem was also fixed.
Do the following:
1. Reset the HC3
2. Switch on and wait until the controller is online again
3. Firmwhare update
Then the error should be corrected.

Thank you for your answer FBerges.

Problem is when i try to reset the HC3 it also freezes.

Should I  return it? Maybe its´s something wrong with the HC3

Have you tried the recovery function? (Instalation manual Side 11)
Then to factory settings etc.
If all of this doesn't work, I would talk to the seller and send it back.
