Not able to integrate Fibaro HC3 to Google Home

Hello,

 

I'm a newbee with Fibaro.

I have a Fibaro Home Center 3, and created my Fibaro ID.

 

Once I try to integrate Fibaro into Google home, the link is not created between them 2. I tried several times, I do not have any error message... But Fibaro is not added as a service into Google home (neither as a device...). I searched for tips in the web, but nothing I found gives a solution.

 

Do you have any idea on how to proceed ?

We are are working on this, however, it will probably not happen this year. For now, google assistant gets information about compatible devices from admin account only (light, HVAC, blind, gates, etc)
We need to finish the notification system between the gateway and our cloud so the number of requests doesn't affect the performance of the control panel, and then update the skills in the voice assistants. If as intended, we will transfer the functionality for HC2 and HCL as well. I have been chasing FIbaro's support for over 1.5 years and there has been radio silence from their end for over a year.

I feel very, very poorly serviced considering the fact I have installed for around 7-8k worth of Fibaro hardware in my house.

 

I just emailed them I expect to have things resolved before year's end, else there is no way I will spend any cent on Fibaro in my new home, I am moving into at the end of this year.

 

I am sure another brand will be happy with a 10-15k order.

I know Nice's board won't sleep any less because of this little missed revenue, but for me it's a signal I would like to make.

 

I am deeply unsafisfied right now and just wanted to share my experiences with anyone who reads these forums..

Any news about being able to use Google Home with Yubii Home (Fibaro Home Center 3 Lite) even if you are not an administrator?

That I sincerely vomit.
At least you could show the administrator user routines to the user user, so at least he could use the scenes.

I realized that waiting for the Fibaro developers to fix these things is a dream.
Login to this forum with Chrome also works badly...
It is now a world of Home Assistant.

I need to link both my HCL, which I have now discovered has had a motherboard problem from day 1, and my new HC3L while I am in the process of transferring (rewriting!) all the scenes and devices.  As soon as I try to activate HC3L it tells me that it will deactivate HCL.  What do I need to do?

Hello do you have any new info about this topic? Trying to connect my account with Google Home but it always ends with error. Doesn't matter if I choose Yubii or Fibaro Smart Home.

Fibaro, every time I try to do something, it doesn't work.

 

 

 

I've had  Fibaro products for 8 years and it is doing worse than better.

 

 

 

Now simply problem: I have to Fibaro systems, both on the same account Fibaro ID, and Google home see only one. The

rrible.
