Error 597 when trying to properly set home location

It’s unclear to me if setting the home location really works… 

 

- System build: 5.030.45

- the map doesn’t up

- after each letter I edit in the address the Error 597 message appears

- I do have some lat/log values that might be correct

 

Any similar experiences?

Your firmware is old. Best way is to upgrade to more recent firmware (log on locally to do so)

    Issue solved. The error message is confusing and should be revised!

    I think I have the same error shown. It started showing today. Recently I did the latest UPDATE of the HC3 FW "build 5.170.13". 

    It started appearing when I went into Settings - > Scenes section.  
    I tried Refreshing the page, restarting services as well as rebooting the gateway. I did all of these several times without luck. 

     

    Anyone knows why this would happen?

    I have the same issue. Updated to build 5.170.13 recently.

    I can confirm that the messages are back again… as I’m on beta, I keep updating frequently.

    It seems that there is no issue using latest 5.171.15 (New Beta version)
