Cannot add new devices, it shows "Learning mode error. Try again"

Question

Posted

I upgraded my HC3 to beta version 5.081.18 and it shows "Learning mode error. Try again" while adding new device. However, it works well for removing the device.

I try to upgrade firmware to 5.090 which is the latest version, but I still experience the same error.

Is there anyone here have the same issue?

Hello chsingha, are you sure that there is no secondary controller added to your Z-wave gateway?

Have you had the chance to check this:

What I meant by that is a tool like for example PC based Z-wave controller.

If you are sure this is not the case, I suggest to contact [email protected]. Hope it helps.
