Never happened to me on standalone HC3/HCL3/Yubii and looks like it happens only in master-slave configuration but maybe I'm wrong...

I also have a master/slave combination, but only for a year now and the problems started way before that for myself at least.

I dont have master slave, but my customers do, and it happens on both

I think the fix is stable enough after over 2 months.
I might have had one restart but I am not 100% sure about that.

But things seems very stable now.

So, to be more transparent.

The ultimate fix for this problem is already in the field (5.142) for part of the gateways and a lot of them got it fixed manually by the support over the last few months.

In the upcoming 5.150 GA version, every HC3 will get the fix and I hope 99% of the remaining problems will be resolved.

Can you give us some explanations about the origin of this problem, which has been occurring for more than two years on certain HC3 and not on others and having led some of us (like me) to buy a second box.

Now that the fix works we would be satisfied to know the fault was triggered.

As I am not a technical guy I can tell you that there has been a change in the low-level (system) configuration related to energy-saving functions, resulting in instability of the home center 3 platform in sporadic cases.
