Очень хотелось бы что бы наконец до ума довели VoiceIP сервер. А то вызывная панель от 2N до сих пор не работает  с HC3

It's rude that apparently a statement like that is needed to get a very short reaction from Fibaro. Where is customer intimacy?  

2022 was a year of material shortage and other major issues. Fibaro saw sales drop a little but was still profitable. The statement about software releases is a pro to me. Since I skip all beta's and only deploy final versions, my HC3 is realy stable. 100% stable and error free does not exist. Fibaro is not perfect, but certainly not bad either.

If you use Fibaro in their own eco system, it probably is a stable system. I'm running no beta software and it still reboots every few days. So not stable at all. 

And everybody should make up their own decision, I'm moving to another solution and the differences in functionality and stability are enormous. 

I've been happy with Fibaro for a lot of years, but now it's time to move on.

I agree with you, the past few years have been very difficult for a lot of companies. And there may be even more unpleasant times ahead. I'm running completely stable here, I've never really had any major problems with betas. I also see solutions for users with the reboot problem that Fibaro implements well. And of course a lot of problems can be caused by users themselves, I don't have that insight directly, but it doesn't seem unlikely to me. Bring on the new version :)

Why such a nasty comment, there is a Polish section, no more than that. So if @tormentor wants to write in Polish, he can do that in the Polish section.

@SmartHomeEddy did NOT say one word about that it was Polish! He just mentioned the Polish section, where Polish is used. Please try to read with understanding before offending people here.

Yes, true. Bad code in a quickapp can mess up stability as well.

2023 and still no Bluetooth, limited zigbee and everything "good" we know from HC2 was lost. UI is more fancy but people lost their interest to develop (especially key developers). I like to see a new wave of developers for QA and scenes.

 As opensource started to get the bigger piece of the pie, paid solutions as fibaro started to take one step back with development and stay happy with sensors sales.
That's I see the market moving from now on. less software updates, community to shrink and customers under frustration.

I hope I m wrong!

@FSE are you living under a rock? Past 2 years there is a lot of development on the HC3.

 

and Bluetooth support? You bought the wrong controller…

Please go to support, because we got fix on all know us restarts/ crash. It can help you if we know that problem (we will update your hub) if that will be something new then we will check and prepare fix for next updates

If you have a fix, why does it take so long to publish it to all of us? Saves your support organisation a lot of time. Just release an update with the reboot fix, what's wrong with that? A maintanance update is very common.

Because we want to test if it is working. So on support we analyze your problem, see if we have a solution for it, if we do, we upload a fix and wait for feedback that it works and only then does it go into the package for all clients. Sometimes the customer wants to wait for the HUB to work for a while, because not all problems are easy to reproduce. Finally, I would like to note that although the symptoms look similar, it often turns out to be a completely different problem with a similar effect. Therefore, if you are looking to correct the problem "quickly" I invite you to [email protected]

@A.Socha Ok, I'll contact support again, because I already did that in February this year and back then got this answer. The new release didn't solve the issue, btw.

Update today for hub 5.142 and 1.20 for phone
