Aeotec Multisensor 6 not working on HC3

Hello, dear forum members! Help needed.

I have 5 Aeotec Multisensor 6, and they all not report motion (PIR trigger) on me HC3. The rest of the data is transmitted - temperature, humidity, illumination.

 

Parameter 5(Which command would be sent when the motion sensor triggered.) -> 1 and 2 - it doesn't matter, the behavior is similar - there is no movement

firmware ver. HC3 5.140.17

 

Has anyone faced such a problem and won?

Same here with 2 out off 5.

Even a new one does't add.

fw 112 will work

fw 114 does't detect motion or stay in motion mode.

update to 1.16 using the aeotec usb and the firmware files from the aeotec site

I wonder, can Fibaro fix it on update?

Should be because fw114 was working till Fibaro updated there fw.

I have made ticket a week ago that it's after the promised fix still not working.

remark I don't have AEOTEC usb to update

I noticed that Aeotec 6 has the setting of associations with the controller -single channel, while, as it seems to me, there should be a multichannel, but when trying to change - an error is written

Some others and me had lots of problems with my MS6 too!!! read here:

It turned out that MS6 Parameter 5=2 is the ONLY way the MS6 works in HC3 as of Firmware V5.141.59!

It is not resolved. The 5.150 Version does only set the Parameter 5=2. So the Rest of the Sensors does not report properly... I have Excluded and then fresh included - does not Work... The only that work properly is the oldest one, that i never touched... I have made another Supportcall. The Configuration Files looks total different...

@RalfLuchs My aeotec multisensor 6 is on firmware 1.15. I use it with a power supply. It is working as expected with firmware 5.150. 

 

It was also working well with the previous fibaro hub firmwares, after I've set parameter 5=2.

fw 1.12- 1.14 - 1.16 works as expected in HC3 fw 150.15

All are USB powered yours too?

I have just Batterypowered Aeotec 6 Sensors. I have made some testing... When i made a Soft Reconfiguration then i have the Problem, that the Sensors except Movements doesn't send new values. I have to Exclude and then fresh include.

 

How can i find out what for a firmware the Sensors have?

@RalfLuchs You can't update an aeotec device with a fibaro homecenter. 

 

I did the update with an aeotec zwave stick connected to my win pc.
