Question

Posted

In the last HC3 beta update its stated that MCOHome sensor OS11/12 is supported. That's great, finally a doppler sensor for z-wave! But does anyone know where to purchase, I can not find it anywhere...

Hi @viperlodz, I saw that, cool ! thank you.

No problem,  i managed to pass a cable for the 230v. If it works well i believe that a few ones will come after that one :)

Please let me know if you get few 12v version as it's easier for to wire.

Thanks again !

I'm after testing it and it works very good in my opinion as I write about it before.

I'm also waiting fot 12V model becase a lot of my customer has possibility only for 12V.

Hi Guys,

If anyone interested, we have both, OS11 and OS12 in stock.

OS11 :

OS12:

Tested and they work good in FIBARO, although there is the clicking from the relay even if the output is not connected. Small price for such good detection :)

We as well offer another Zigbee presence sensor for those, who would like to have it cheaper. It is Sonoff presence sensor:

Its very much cheaper and it works very well for the price.

Hi @viperlodz, I've just order one OS11 following your link. Do you have an idea of what needs to be done in order to make it work with 12v? it's indicated in the doc that it optional, but nowhere we can read what this option is. Thanks for the help.

The 12v version is another version, It's not exactly an option in the same device, mostly is another device version. I found it here as well:

You are right, I was trying to figure this out as it is better scenario for the ceiling mount version, where most often FTP cables are prepared for sensors.

But it is different hardware, not the same. Getting those sensors would not be a problem, but the issue is support in FIBARO system. Different hardware may have a different template. Fibaro has only 230VAC version integrated. So the 12V may or may not work in it.

As I told before. We have 12V version and also 230V. The only change is with power. Hardware is the same.

We also check. Template in Fibaro is of course with version 12V and 230V.

You can choose 12V or 230V version.
