Hi All, I am finding that going via home.fibaro.com is taking over 15 seconds to connect and then time to time, I am not able to connect using that or the app until I reboot the HC2.. however, I am able to connect to my CCTV cameras which are on the home network with a specific port exposed. Can I setup HC2 to work on the same principle? So that if I expose another port on my home network, I would be able to connect to it directly? Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.. Do I need to setup a VPN or something??

Hi, I am looking at integrating IFTTT with Fibaro but do not want to expose my local Fibaro HC2 to the internet by using port forwarding in my router (I already have other things exposed and my ISP only allows limited ports, additionally without using a reverse proxy you are stuck to plain HTTP it seems). Is there a way to access my HC2's REST API through home.fibaro.com? That would be fantastic and open a world of possibilities :-). Thanks in advance. KR, Kristof

Today home.fibaro.com stop respondingand it is not possible to remotely connect to HC. With web browser I get this page instead: Are home.fibaro.com servers under DDoS attack and should we be worried about our private data stored on them?

Hi! When I disable the remote connection option in LAN configuration options, I'm still able to connect my HC2 from home.fibaro.com. Can anyone confirm/explain this?
