I want to announce that for our users convenience we've released bugtrucker service:

Fibaro Bug Tracker is software application that is designed to help quality assurance and

Fibaro System programmers keep track of reported software bugs and issues in their work. It

may be regarded as a type of issue tracking system.

Please report all new bugs and issues there. We will gradually try to place all the issues in this designed platform.

I  will attempt to explain and give you an example of how to fill it out please DO make changes wherever i am completly off from your problem.

Important thing is that you need to be registered on Bugzzilla i think to post.

 

 

top of the site (above all the colourfull problems below) is gray area with few features.

fourth from the left should be "instert problem" (between view problems and  changelog)

 

once there  you can choose what troubles you (say for example HCL with 4.082Beta or something) so you choose HCL v4.xxx in such case. and confirm.

 

than you pick:

 

category (Z-wave devices)

reproducability  (allways)

seriousness of the issue (blocking)

Priority (dont know how important that is to you)

 

Platform  - dont care (optional)

 

product version (software on your HC(in this example Light))

summary "hey my qubino dosent work"

it will not (i assume add)

how to reproduce the problem:

start pairing in your HCL,

follow instructions,

expected ressult: Qubino pairs in

actuall ressult: it dose NOT add

 

additionall information (anny specific condition, ammount of devices that are affected etc.)

 

anny pictures that would help can be added.

 

 

 

This system makes sense sicne this way fibaro should be able to reproduce these errors. but it is rarely used as Feature request, non the less that is allso way you can use it. i do hope this helped you udnerstand how to fill out form (its relly just about following instructions there .) )

Any chance Fibaro can actually look at the bugs reported. 

 

I have bug reports in there from the start of the year and nothing has been picked up or acknowledged and the issues are still on going. 

 

Whats the point of the system is nothing gets looked at.
