As this is all rumour and speculation which is fun but not to be trusted.

I hope an even higher performance more robust z-wave engine.

addition of secure z-wave for locks and other security devices.

better support for thermostats that support setpoint schedule.

and also lots of rumour that we get a plugin interface.

Sounds like a major rewrite so not expecting anything soon though.

Current version works well anyway. Just make sure you have a good backup for occasional odd behaviour.

fab971,

Excuse me but we do not release information about our timelines.

It sounds to me like Fibaro is trying to be a little like Apple in keeping upcoming versions a secret, but the way you are doing it is very different.

Apple keeps both features and release dates secret. Fibaro, however, have sold a lot of product based on future features, mostly without making this clear. These products are currently crippled by the missing software.

I honestly think you owe it to your customers to let us know when our products are supposed to start working as advertised.

I don't think Fibaro know themselves! Dream stuff up then attempt to bring it to life!

And, lets not forget, that Apple (regardless of what I Think of their business practice and their approach on how to handle security problems in their Products) does after all have extremely good developer documentation for all their Products readily available and maintained.
