Alpha does this yes - my hc2 is quite unusable with alpha, but it looks good and promising. I am waiting for new beta

Thanks! did you found a workaround to fixe it? or just re-add all your instalation modules?

Not sure if I missed this in the release notes, but an update button showed up in General Information. Thinking this might have been a new 3.902 or higher release, I applied it and took me down to 3.59. It wiped all the z wave devices from HC2. I think it ran a backup, but the note mentioned 4.01. I ended up restoring from a backup I made that was definitely run on the Alpha version.

Just an FYI to don't run an update if it appears in the General Information as the update could be a downdate. . .

I'm a little afraid about all this. I have both system HCL and HC2.

In fact I'm feeling a little bit tricked about the HCL, when I see all shiny new addon and features coming for HC2 and no one from the Team talking about HCL... I just hope that they won't forget us HCL Owner.

Just hope that we will have the same support because right now it is all about HC2 ...

mmmprod, We don't forget but all updates will always get HC2 first

Quite disappointed to know the HCL is treated as a second tier device.

I bought one based on functionalities advertised (e.g. multimedia, SMS / battery modules) just to learn they are only being planed but no news about availability dates.

I feel I bit miss sold.

And do you think a company that does not deliver their promises (marketing) is good just because you bought their most expensive product?

All Figaro customer would be better off with a big user base. I do not think with HC2 they will be able to get this.

You mean like there outdoor motion sensors that well are not outdoor? i agree with the marketing being naughty but i have now come to conclusion "ignore what they say" try it for yourself... your entitled to send it back if they mis-sold the product!

+1

I even don't understand when they build HCL.

The difference in price is not that big and those who want to start with home automation will face the limitations about HCL, Vera Lite.......

Funtionality segmentation is not an excuse for lack of support.

I do not want/know programming so LUA or voice commands are not needed for me. I just want what Figaro has been promising.

Even HC2 owners have been waiting v4 for long time.

Do not compare HCL with Vera Lite... Vera Lite have much more features than HCL.

(But here is not the correct place to discuss this

So........buy or stick with your Vera Lite.

Sometimes i don't understand people.

The Fibaro group is working hard and they can't please everbody at the same time.

People are so impatient....take a look at the forum....

When will this device be supported, when will that device be supported, when will we get the next update....etc.

Just be patiënt and everything will be all right.
