Thanks to fibaro to include us in alpha Testing , I really love to find bugs and improve this great system. The more people testing something , the besster the software gets.

Is there a possibility to became tester for future release too ?

candrea77, We got that device on our list TO DO but i can't say when we gonna add it

This is a very urgent request. Not only for me.

I am new to using the smart home, but when I bought the equipment, one of the requirements was to support the IR transmitters. Your system does not work with them. Frankly, I thought to buy vera just because they support ir

I totally agree, all my clients on hand simply cannot use fibaro because it does not support IR and therefore cannot control Air conditionings. Personally thinks I is worthwhile to support this as soon as possible. Cheers!

remotec also has a temperature sensor, itach only can send commands.

What kind of temperature sensor can i buy for HC2?

You don't need to buy a temperature sensor. As many devices support or have temp sensors:

Flood sensor

Smoke sensor

Motion sensor

Door sensor (optional)

@L3n1n

iTach from Global Cache is supported and works flawlessly, no need to use a Z-Wave to IR Converter

I know, but

1) Fibaro Motion sensor not in sale yet;

2) Door sensor + temp sensor quite compicated and strange design;

3) Use flood sensor as main temp sensor in living room - kind of strange choice;

4) Only smoke sensor seems reasonable...

but

You have to buy TWO devices (smoke sensor + itach), (double price)

you should have to configure wifi (not z-wave) for itach, provide both of them separate power (5v for itach, 12v for smoke), rely on stable Wi-Fi and so on...

Remotec ZXT-120 is one combined device, not depended on Wi-Fi, needs one power source.

and working in Vera..

For me best choice is universal sensor and temperature sensor.

Alex57,

more than this Remotec has a built in code library you just have to choose and try!

And believe it, they have a very good technical support!

Does anyone know how far samsung smart tv's are integrated in this new software ?

Only remote control wouldn't make al lot of sense to me but PIP for example and using this for an ipcam would make a lot of sense.

What are the possibilities ?

Did I miss anything? Is it normal that all my ZWave devices got messed up after upgrading to the alpha version?

Could you tell us which devices are on this screen?

That is exactly what I had... Per room on average 2 out of 4 devices had disappeared (Rough estimate). Reconfigure, add device, reboots, ... no luck. Dimmers, door sensors, anything. Nothing could bring them back to life. I thought this was normal for a alpha

/emoticons/default_icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> I did a recover to 3.9 version. Everything fine except custom icons, which is expected behaviour. Maybe I'll try the second alpha when it gets released, since the many bugs reported in bugzilla seem to be resolved...

Fibaro RGBW, Danfoss valves (1 old and 1 new), FGD, FGS 211, FGS 221, rollet shutter v1, Door/Window sensor, Fibaro Motion Sensor, Fibaro Universal Sensor, Fibaro Smoke Sensro, Fibaro Flood Sensor, Secure SRT321, Aeon multisensor...
