Anyone using Thermostat and got it working under 4.033? Any Tipps and Idea? This is one of the functions why I wanted to use HC2...

Try to set the polling to 600seconds, it seems to work (since at least 28 hours for me)

 

I've the Netatmo thermostat + 2 additional internals captors.

I get also 2 virtual devices :

- the netatmo plugin (with secret id configuration)

- and the netatmo thermostat (like your screen shot, but with temp values)

 

You can try to display the netatmo plugin, if you have "Your account is connected."

Yes "Your account is connected" is shown - and the empty template as a second device. I am not able to get it working.

 

I already created a new app, I have tried to reset the keys - I set the timing to 300 and 600 - nothing. Maybe I am still missing any step or detail. So bad

Any ports I need to open? But I think not - as this is just a login an pulling data?

can you wrote what devices you got on netatmo account like 1 thermostat,  1 weather station (indoor module only) with firmware xx

Hi A.Socha,

 

I only have the Thermostat - no weather station.

 

Firmware for Relais is 36 - Firmware for Thermostat is 26 - as per my.netatmo.com account information!

I gave it another try - and now I am no longer able to get in minimum the device showing the steering unit... I only have one device saying "Your Account is connected"

Hi,

 

I'm on 4.033 and the Netamo plugin has been working fine for more than a week...until it stopped suddenly today and I get the message: "user usage reached". The polling is on 300 seconds...

 

What to do now ?

If the limits of use, mentioned in an earlier post, are right I could never have reached those limits with my installation or it should have asked for data about 20 times/second...

Thanks mickeys, it's working fine again just by changing the polling rate, no other actions needed.

I feared I would have to delete and readd the plugin which would have resulted in loosing all my temperature-data but it wasn't necessary.

I think the plugin will never work without the base(weather) station. Didn't even know that the thermostat could work without the base-station...

I'm going to use the netatmo for the temperature measurement in all the rooms for controlling the heating.

I fear this will not be very practical as the polling can only be set to 600 seconds due to the usage limits. A sampoling of the temperature every ten minutes isn't usable for heating control, i think.

mmmh - maybe - but the Thermostat is really working very well w/o the Weather Station. Is here someone who also only uses the Thermostat w/o the weather Station?

I have 2 Thermostats that are working Great without the weather station..... Best Buy i have ever done.... Kepps my house in constatn temperature without any fluctuations.....

 

what i wanted to do is integrate the thermostats in the Fibaro Home center 2 .....  the plugin i have installed when the first beta came out was working partially ... meaning it could not show current temperature or current set point....

 

 

i have upgraded to the latest firmware and still nothing.... i have deleted the plugin ..... reinstalled it ......  the box shows account is connected ..... but when i press the button get devices... i get nothing.....

 

 

i have no idea what to do now....

Same here! I have just the Thermostath

 

I get the message "Account is connected"

 

There are any logs at any point in Fibaro? Is posible to see the error messages of a plugin?

 

This will help a lot to know what is happening.

I agree - so it seems to be true that the system is maybe only tested for people having weather station or weather station and thermostat. 

 

I hoped that A.Socha was having an idea as he posted into that thread also. I have given that feedback also in the bugtracker. 

 

So finger crossed someone is reading this and helping getting this fixed! For me it still was an Argument to buy HC2 because of the connection to Netatmo Thermostat!

I first put my polling on 300 seconds and after a week or so I Netamo stopped updating with a message "user usage reached". Changing the polling to 600 seconds immediately resolved the problem. Since then I have been lowering the polling-time every few days and now I'm on 480 s polling time for two weeks now without any problem.

i just rebooted hc2 and netatmo synced just fine after that....

I am glad to see that Fibaro is sending me text messages that my house is on fire but would appreciate it if the data was correct.  Any event I am happy to say my house is not on fire, it is just that the Fibaro Netatmo plugin is doing something to display the wrong temperature.   The Fibaro Netatmo plugin is telling me that it is 157 F when it is actually 69 F according to Netatmo when accessed directly. 

 

I have been using the Netatmo Weather Station for several years and it has been working flawlessly.  Have been very happy with it.  The inaccurate temperature has been happening ever since i first adding the Natatmo plugin with Fibaro 4.033 release and is still present with the 4.035.

 

Does any one know how to fix the inaccurate temperature issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
